Rates and Packages are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are exclusive of taxes.
Room bedding request is subject to availability.
Maximum of one (1) child 11 years and below is entitled to free accommodation only when staying in the same room with two (2) full paying adults sharing existing bedding. Breakfast is chargeable.
Please note that children age 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.
The official check-in time is 1500 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours.
In the event of any request for guaranteed early check-in, a full-day charge is applicable as the room(s) will be blocked from the day before.
Late check-out is on request basis and subject to availability. A half-day room charge is applicable for late check-out until 1800 hours. Rooms occupied beyond 1800 hours are charged at a full-day rate of the day of departure.
Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
No refund in full or in part will be made for un-utilized services included in the package or for early check out and no-show.

The Hotel requires a deposit of RM100.00 nett per room per night upon check-in for incidental charges like food, telephone, room service and etc. Guest may make the deposit either by cash or credit card which is accepted by the hotel.
Hotel Royal Penang shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, change of statues of Malaysian government, strikes, riots and ‘acts of God’ or conditions beyond our control.
